Apartments Solei are located in the area of Puerto del Carmen, near Old Town and the harbour. Apartments Solei has a top location full of life and facilities, be in the center it has many advantages, such all facilities seconds from the apartment and you don’t have to use the car for anything at all, the disadvantage is that it won't have the rural environment. Apartments Solei are inside the complex Colinas del sol with a pool area and a pool bar which belongs to the complex and is subject to their timetable and a day off. Apartment Solei has stunning sea views, one bedroom with a double bed with, pre-pay, air conditioning, a good-sized terrace with outdoor furniture, a living room with a pre-pay, air-conditioning system, sofa/bed, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker, fridge, freezer, and induction hob. If you are not planning on renting a car, you will find all the facilities you need right next to the complex, like good restaurants (e.g. La Cascada), good bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, Playa Chica beach is about 600 meters from the apartment, Biosphere Shopping Centre is less than 5 minutes away by walk. Free parking area.

Équipement correspondant à la description, petite mesquinerie malgré tout : . L’endroit est idéal : commerce , restaurant etc . Il y a des places de parking à proximité, il faut chercher un peu mais ce n’est pas la mort . Il s’agit d’un bon logement, parfois un peu bruyant car présence de bars et de restaurants au RDC mais la chambre est à l’arrière donc c’est ok . Il y a une piscine qui a l’air sympathique mais nous n’en avons pas fait usage . Nous reviendrons en 2023

What a lovely apartment just perfect everything you need home from home clean spacious and the most gorgeous views to wake up to every morning, the location is great bars restaurants and shops just below and a short walk to the old town with beautiful restaurants and great little bars or a taxi to the strip although it is a lovely walk we walked it

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the apartment it’s very very clean and equipped with everything you need and more, As you walk through the apartment towards the balcony it’s just a wow from bedroom bathroom and kitchen/ living room and the you slide open the double glazed door to a massive balcony and a spectacular view. To be honest we spent a lot of time eating drinking and sunbathing watching the world slowly go by, the sunset was amazing every night. There are bars below which also serve breakfast and many more meals throughout the day and into the evening. Also a Chemist a couple of supermarkets which have everything you need and not forgetting the usual souvenir shops. I mustn’t forget the private swimming pool which is located up some steps towards the top of the complex you get your own swipe card to enter so it’s very quiet an absolute sun trap with stunning views. We a relaxing Christmas and it was a shame to pack our bags and leave. Massive thanks to Gorge

Everything was good:nice and quiet localisation, but very close on foot 5-10 min. distance to the touristic area, a lot of wonderful beaches with cristal clear water: 'lava rock' playa chica with many fish to see while snorkling very very close to the location and other bigger sand beaches del Puerto del Carmen with nice clear water about 15 minute walking distance. Many restaurants to choose. There is also a swiming pool big enough andvery nice within the Appartment - in the morning we could swimm every day at 8-9 o 'clock usually alone. In the appartment self is renewed and nice and there is a big terrace with nice broad view at Altlantic..No problem with finding a parking place around as it is located a bit on the site towards the main touristic area .

Super appartement, très fonctionnel et près des principales commodités. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Puerto del carmen.

Flat was in convenient location, modern and well equipped. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely book again or recommend to friends.
